No smoking in hallways, the basement, or rooftop garden
Inside your unit you are welcome to smoke though. The Board implemented this rule in response to smoking paraphernalia found littered in some areas.

Building rules

We take care to have common-sense, not excessive or invasive rules for our neighbours, but without rules as we know is chaos.
Pets
Dogs and cats are welcome residents. Greetings furry four-legged friends!
Moving & deliveries
The Board should be notified in advance when moving in so stairwells stay clear for other persons. A one-time move-in fee is required.
Trash & recycling
Waste and recycling are collected along 12th Street; waste and recyclables go out the evening before pickup. Waste is collected Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling is collected Wednesday only. Holidays the schedule may vary.
Renovations
Any renovation that affects plumbing, electrical, or shared walls requires Board approval before work begins, along with proof of insurance from the contractor.
Common areas & guests
The rooftop garden, entryway, and stairwells are shared spaces for all residents and their guests. Please leave furniture and plantings as you found them (unless watering them), and keep gatherings mindful of neighbors.
